Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Returns / exchanges may apply within 14 days of receiving your order for items in your kit if:
- Proven faulty
- Received the wrong item(s) in your kit.
- Are missing items in your kit.
To submit a request for a return/exchange, please email support@thegluekit.com, with your order confirmation email, what you bought, and why you would like to return your kit. Please await for approval before sending your package back as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
Note
- Kits received past 14 days will not be accepted.
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The item(s) returned must be unused and in its original packaging
